A UK-based SaaS company needed its first serious entry into Malaysia and Indonesia, including localized messaging and channel strategy.

Starting from scratch

The product had strong traction in the UK but zero brand awareness in SEA. We started with a 4-week market research phase: competitor mapping, buyer interviews, and distribution channel analysis across both markets.

Building the entry strategy

We localised the messaging, identified three partnership categories that could accelerate distribution, and built a PR strategy around a locally relevant angle that landed coverage in key regional publications.
